Over two Saturdays, 22 and 29 March, we had our first run of Reclaim Yourself With The Enneagram: Build Better Relationships With Yourself And Others.
The two-day workshop had participants learning about the Enneagram Framework to understand themselves and the people they know better, which was useful in relationships, their careers, and as a tool for their individual growth.



It was an interesting workshop with actively curious participants who wanted to know more, and who asked questions that went deep into the dynamic nature of the Enneagram.
To the ones who came, the lines “going from zero to one is still better than zero” and “wildfire in my heart” will linger for a while.
Then, in the same week, on 24 and 25 March, we also held our second run of Sell Me Without Selling Me: Sales Tactics With The Enneagram.
Unlike the first session, this was a private class, open only to financial consultants. We went through the Enneagram Framework with the sole objective on how it could guide the consultants to understand, connect and serve their clients better.




The workshop ended with role play, when participants applied their knowledge as both financial consultants and clients, seeing through the different perspectives that the Enneagram gives them.
Principal Trainer Jarrod also took on two role plays, showing the participants how they would use the Enneagram Framework as well as International Coaching Federation (ICF) methodologies to connect with and close their clients.
